Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome to the Human Translation Project at unlockliterature.com. Here you will find, mainly, samples of the work in translation of Austrian, German, Swiss and Latvian writers. The primary purpose of this site is to facilitate access to these samples to responsible persons within publishing houses to expedite their translation and publication in English. Introductions to and context for each writer is also provided.

Unlock Literature and the Human Translation Project are additionally intended to be of interest to persons both within and without the academic-cultural-literary ecology.
